Add 1 serving of bone broth powder to 12 oz of hot water or liquid broth and blend until dissolved. You can also add it to your favorite soup base, miso paste, or curry paste for a savory sipping broth. (Miso is my favorite!)
Chia Seeds: Drink chia to help flush out fat-soluble toxins. Gelatinous foods like flax and chia seed bind to fat soluble toxins, which can help lessen detox symptoms. There are a few different ways to mix up your chia seed, but you want to include it each day of your cleanse. The easiest thing to do is add 2 tblsp of chia to 8 oz of water and let it soak in the refrigerator overnight. Then shake it and drink.
